I led design direction and strategy for unifying Square’s multiple point-of-sale apps into a single, scalable platform. Building on previous foundational work unifying Settings and Device Management, I helped shape the vision, resolved cross-team conflicts, and guided design work across multiple teams including onboarding, vertical points-of-sale, growth, and support—delivering the experience now used by 4.5M+ sellers.
