Square is all-in on AI, and my role was to shape that experience for sellers getting started with Square. I designed MCP and native app onboarding flows, evaluating emerging AI platforms and models, and led strategic planning—from vision definition, to UI/UX language, to rollout sequencing across Square’s ecosystem.
