Instacart Pantry

I led the 0→1 creation of Instacart’s first company-wide design system, unifying fragmented components into a scalable library and breathing fresh life into the brand. I built the internal operating team, set prioritizations, defined accessibility-driven density scaling, codified design standards, and secured C-suite alignment for rollout and adoption. Pantry became the foundation for every customer and shopper product, enabling faster delivery, consistent UI, and higher quality across Instacart’s entire ecosystem.
