Summary
In 2020, I explored how HomePod's groundbreaking technology could expand to workplace and entertainment verticals. My resulting design for HomePod Max combines a full-display, smart speaker, FaceTime camera, and Apple TV 4K into a single oblong form. I designed a parametrically-shaped mesh that supports a dual-driver core, while a new display-first UX summoned calls, media, and productivity from a single surface. Winner of Behance’s Best in Industrial Design.
