Summary
When COVID disrupted in-person payments, my team saw an opportunity to bring contactless payments to Square. I designed the QR-connected flow that brings Cash App, PayPay, AliPay, and more seamlessly into Square's mobile, web, and proprietary hardware OS. I led design from hack-week prototype to launch. Now used by over 3.6M active merchants, processing hundreds of millions annually worldwide.
